This week is a different kind of podcast. I’m sharing my story. And it’s about to get messy. I’m sharing my history of growing up with serious body image issues my whole life, eating disorders and Crossfit, finding elimination diets, (neither of which, I started for the ‘right’ healthy reasons), overcoming adrenal fatigue, and much, much more.

After reading Brené Brown’s Daring Greatly recently I’ve been talking a lot more about being vulnerable – and this is me, opening up, being super, super vulnerable and REAL with you guys.
