The breakfast struggle can be SO real sometimes.
When you first start eating GF, you might think OMG I LOVE EGGS SO MUCH I CAN EAT THEM EVERY DAY (right??) and then a few weeks later we’re all “omg if I see another freaking egg I’m gonna vom and/or punch someone in the face.” Don’t get stuck in this rut! The #1 way to get bored with your food is to eat the same thing every day, DUH.
Didn’t think so.
Solution: switch it up! If you’re a creature of habit, sure – eat the same thing for a couple days! But switch up your options so you’re always excited about what you’re eating, and this will never seem boring, like a chore or that other ugly 4-letter word (diet).
