Wooo it’s been a big year!! Some major changes over here in my business and my philosophy towards nutrition and wellness (as you guys probably saw in the beginning of the year), and it’s only been up and up from there.
I traveled around the world and back again! I went to four weddings this year (Vegas, Colorado, and two in MD), multiple bachelorette parties (Utah and Charlottesville, SC) took some ski trips (Utah again!), and even went to Bali (Indonesia). Ran my first BIG online group course, Break the Diet Cycle, with my good friend Cristina (stay tuned for an update on that too!), dug my feet much more into nutrition science with you guys on the podcast and on the blog, and made some more big shifts in my business.
So cheers to you all, whether you’ve been around from the beginning, stuck with me through the craziness of this year, or if you’re new around here – welcome!

My group prepares lunch for Rotarians once/ week for a month. Looking for good recipes for serving to them for lunch.
Cool! Any specific types of dishes you know they like? Or just potluck style?
