Bio: Nicola Haggett (she/her) is a body liberationist, coach, & mentor whose work focuses on supporting folks to move beyond body positivity to unlearn body shame, reconnect to their body, and intentionally practice their way towards a world where each of us has more safety, compassion, and joy in our body. She also mentors and provides peer supervision for coaches, dietitians, & therapists who are exploring the edges of their own body acceptance. Nicola is a professionally trained and experienced life coach, Certified Body Trust® Provider, and Gestalt Therapist in training She is also a fat, neurodivergent, and chronically ill human and her lived experiences navigating the world through these social positions are an important part of what she brings to her work.  Nicola sees clients online from her home in East London, where she lives with her husband, Ricky, and their two kids.
