Christmas is next week!!! Yay!!! Hard to feel that way since I’m lounging on the beach right now at the moment in Punta Cana. At an all-inclusive resort with two of my besties. (Miss you, Bre!!) Life is so hard right now. But what I’m really excited for when I get back is the baking extravaganza I usually do with our neighbors before christmas. Check out the spread from our friends’ christmas party. That table is COVERED with all different treats. And that’s only the first room full of them. What should I make this year?? Probably some of these things.
paleo muddy buddies. puppy chow. white trash. whatever you want to call it – these little bundles of deliciousness that are totally addicted and usually totally full of gluten/dairy/allofthethings I can’t have. not anymore!! danger, will robinson.
Toasted coconut caramel samoa brownies. Paleo. What?! They’re like girl scout cookies in BROWNIE form that I CAN EAT. #mindblown. (use picture?)
chocolate truffles with avocado and BACON?! aka schweddy balls. hahahah. says the recipe, not me!
sweet and salty dark chocolate pomegranate bark.
phat fudge from Mary aka PaleoChef. This girl is awesome. Her brand is #eatplaycrush. so basically we’re already friends. and I’m super intrigued by this recipe…aren’t you??
rice crispy treats with dark chocolate and sea salt. there’s cashew butter in there too. heavenly. yes, I eat rice once in a while you paleo police. deal with it.
pumpkin gingerbread protein shake.
paleo peanut butter blossoms. with sunflower seed butter. YES these are my FAVORITES from growing up!! Slash I’m addicted to the trader joe’s sunflower seed butter. i forsee these being a problem in my future.
copycat paleo starbucks pumpkin scones.
oh and this little pomegranate-orange-mint salad. Coming soon to a theater food blog near you! aka here, duh.
What are you making for holiday treats this year?
