For our entire lives, we are drilled with the belief that weight is the cause of everything – our poor health, difficulty sleeping, snoring, stress, fatigue, happiness, our inability to find a partner, literally everything – so it makes complete sense, given that narrative, that most people look at weight as a SYMPTOM because it’s the PROBLEM that will fix it all. And that’s just not the case.
