Today we’re talking about Macros vs Whole30 vs Intuitive Eating : what they are, what they’re great for, their pitfalls, and who should avoid them like the plague. Because there is good and bad in all of these programs, and when you’re evaluating what works for you, and what may actually be triggering some poor relationships with food and your body, it’s helpful to know what you’re really getting into and what might be going on. Plus, we’ll talk more about how to be more intuitive with your macros, the pitfalls of IIFYM, why Whole30 might not be great for you, and how to move towards intuitive eating without losing total control.
