Inspired by my good friend Meg, I thought it would be fun to round up some really cool things I did/favorite stuff from November. Because, if you didn’t know, I’ve been ALL. OVER. THE. PLACE. It was super fun, exhausting, and makes me feel like… “HOW IS IT DECEMBER ALREADY?!” Doesn’t help that it’s 70 degrees outside right now. Rude, weather. I can’t listen to christmas music when its SO HOT!
Let’s start at the beginning then. Here are my monthly faves for November. What did YOU do that was fun this month??
My family trip to Italy. Rome, check. Amalfi coast, check. Florence (+ some serious shenanigans with my little brother), check. Espresso, wine, gelato, and food comas…check.
NYC Integrative Nutrition Conference. The day after I got home I shipped up to NYC to see my bestie/other half from college, and attend a conference with IIN and some of my health coach friends!
Harry Potter World!!! The next week I flew down with my parents and best friend to Orlando. To visit the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, obviously. I’ve been wanting to go SO BADLY since I heard they were going to open a park. Geeking out happened. A lot. And you better believe I came home with a stash of potterphanalia.
Pumpkin juice…kinda like pumpkin pie spiced cider. Wahh i miss it.
Oh we went to my cousin’s wedding in FL too, hung out with family and my baby cousin. HE IS ADORABLE. P.S. most comfortable dress EVER from south moon under.
The Inside Tract. “I checked this out weeks ago for a bit of light reading.” “This…is light??” (speaking of Harry Potter…) But really. Because I am a nutrition nerd and read these kinds of things for pleasure. Plus it does help that I’m trying to heal my gut/autoimmune issues as well 🙂
This Simple Chocolate Souffle. Made this on a random night. SO good. Recipe coming soon!
Every Last Crumb. When we got back I received this BEAUTIFUL cookbook from Britanny Angell. First thing I made was her Honey Cornbread Muffins and WOW they were devoured. By my whole family. Too fast for me to snap a picture. #notsorry.
Guest Posts. I had TWO guest posts this month from Hayley and Angela! If you haven’t already seen the Paleo Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars or Cashew Cream & Fig Cupcakes recipes…OMG. You’re missing out.
Bought this bright “fire & ice” red lipstick and wore it out with curled hair. It’s called lustrous. Ow owwww. I do try sometimes.
And to finish it all off, I watched Despicable Me on sunday night with my dad. I LOVE MINIONS. #noshame
