Brenna O’Malley, a Registered Dietitian and the Founder of The Wellful, joins Dana and Cristina today to talk about how to know if your health journey is actually healthy, and red flags on your health journey. How do we navigate the balance between adding in health-promoting behaviors in a neutral way, and those behaviors coming from outside pressure and becoming obsessive? We also discuss how if you feel like you gain weight whenever you’re not obsessively monitoring what you eat and sticking to your exercise plan, it’s likely a sign that those rules are not healthy for you & that you’re trying to keep your body in an extreme environment it can’t maintain.
