We dive into how restrictive protocols are not the key to healing autoimmune disease, how self-compassion and emotional resilience work impacts our mental and physical health, and the presentation of our symptoms. We also talk about how Intuitive Eating is not the answer for everyone, even if you have an eating disorder, and why it’s so hard for some people to intuitively eat.
