Hi – I’m Dana, nice to meet you and thanks for stopping by!
I’m a Nutritionist and Body Image Coach teaching women how to heal their relationship with food and their bodies and break the diet cycle for good with my signature approach, Whole-Hearted Eating™.
In my clinical practice, I use a HAES, weight-inclusive approach to teach womxn how to heal from digestive issues, improve hormonal imbalances, and manage autoimmune conditions without falling back into the on-again, off-again restriction trap.

I host the popular Real Talk with Dana podcast, where my guests and I break down no-BS nutrition science, dig into our relationship with food and our bodies, and learn how health is about so much more than just food.
I have Masters of Science in Clinical Nutrition from Maryland University of Integrative Health and a background in Health Coaching from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
Over the years I’ve worked with clients on health challenges from adrenal fatigue, leaky gut, other gastrointestinal conditions like parasites, candida and celiac disease (with which also I have personal experience), thyroid dysfunction, anxiety and bipolar disorder, to disordered eating.
I also work with athletes from age 11 to adults to optimize nutrition, sports performance and recovery, fueled by delicious food from a non-diet, neutral nutrition approach.
