This week on Real Talk with Dana is the last episode until we change to the Whole-Hearted Eating Podcast! Cristina Hoyt, aka my new co-host going forward, and I will be diving into the topics of wellness chasing, conditional food freedom, and The Nutrition Jungle – also known as, we get so confused and overwhelmed about what we’re “supposed” to eat and how we get all tangled up in the nutrition information swarming around in our thoughts causing us to feel paralyzed to make any kind of nutritional shift.  We’re also talking about the switch from Real Talk with Dana to the Whole-Hearted Eating™ Podcast, what’s changing and what’s not to give y’all a little preview!

The first official episode drops next week, April 7th and our first monthly theme will be Intuitive Fitness. Our guests are all non-diet fitness professionals who practice from an body neutral, weight inclusive approach – with the goal of making movement more accessible, flexible, and joyful for all bodies (radical, we know!)
